"I wanted to write to let your organization know how pleased I am with the work recently performed at our facility. We put a great deal of trust in TMI to complete the job on time and with as little disruption as possible. We have not been disappointed.
Your employees kept us apprised of the work schedule, what disruption we might expect and anticipated our concerns. They were courteous and kept very much in the background. Replacing our entire HVAC system was a large and complicated undertaking, but the work remained mostly invisible to our employees and customers. Our laboratory operations were not effected by the major tear-out or installation. It was a pleasure to work with a group of professionals that understood that our operations needed to take priority.
Of particular note were Terry, Ryan, Kyle, and Andy. I had staff members comment to me about the cleanliness of the project. Contractors that leave the workplace better than they found it is greatly appreciated.
We will be comparing our first energy invoice received after the completion of our project and anticipate a major reduction of our energy use while already experiencing an increase in comfort level.
